Cancellations

In extreme cases of weather preventing the planned itinerary operating we will make changes to ensure that we maximise the day. If we cancel a course before it runs then alternate dates will be made available, or all monies refunded.

All courses require a £50 non-refundable commitment with booking form.

I understand that cancelling my course will result in my deposit being forfeited.

If cancelling a course after the balance due has been paid (6 weeks till course) amount refunded will be dictated by the following scale:

Up until 4 weeks before course: 60% of monies paid refunded

Up until 2 weeks before course: 20% of monies paid refunded

After 2 weeks: No refund (this is because we will at this stage be obliged to pay staff booked to run your course their full daily wage).

Insurance

You are reminded that the pursuit of adventurous activities is by definition not risk free.

What we do is minimise the risks and educate those for which we are responsible in safe practice in the outdoors. We can never remove all risks. You are responsible for providing your own personal insurance cover. Cancellation insurance is advised.
